Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our premium sharpening tools and services.
How do I choose the right sharpening stone for my knives?
Selecting a stone depends on your blade's condition. Use a coarse grit (200-600) for repairing chips, a medium grit (800-1200) for general sharpening, and a fine grit (3000+) for polishing a razor edge.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on your sharpening equipment?
Yes, all our manual and electric sharpeners come with a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do your water stones require flattening?
Yes, water stones wear down with use and will eventually become concave. We recommend using a flattening stone or a diamond lapping plate to keep the surface perfectly flat for accurate sharpening.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
